Aaru Review

Surya in this extreme action packed film has done a very good job. The south indian directors
are still sailing on the same boat. No new storyline or message in this film, and the director have spun the web
in a different angle but with the similar knots.

At some situations in the film, we feel whether Ashish Vidyarthi is the villan or the comedian of the film. Aishwarya in the
Sound Saroja character, has exhibited herself as the real low class woman. The meeting scene is a very good example of her character pursue.

Trisha who is supposed to be the heroine of the film, has no much work to do.
A bubbly modern doll, who falls in love with the hero seeing his supermanism.

The screen is blood red after the intermission. The revenge mission starts and Surya has come out with an exotic
performance. Devi Sri prasad has done a good job in back ground scoring but the songs are average range.
In this film too he has come out with his traditional tappakuttu song.

Vadivel comedies are of useless range and it is irritating.

Director Hari has given a film taking the sole concept of revenge. In certain places there is the impact of the movie TOTTI JAYA and the directors previous
venture SAMI.

Surya after Gajini has tried out something different from the rich look of Sanjay Ramsamy. As Aarumugam alias Aaru he has done a great job as a rogue, but a sweet and lovable one.
The rough looks of a rowdy is missing in his appearance.

The very set of the kuppam near saidapet is a marvellous and I think the art director has put it up after some keen analysation.
Shobi and Kalyan have done a nice job in choreography.

Overall the film is ruff & puff
